Please note: this policy is written in plain language to describe how Blueprint Marketing currently handles your information. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before launch, and updated once the booking calendar and any analytics are connected.

Blueprint Marketing ("we," "us," "our") is a marketing automation studio run by Eleni Magafas, based in Montreal, QC, working with businesses remotely. This policy explains what happens to the information you share when you contact us, book a call, or use this website.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and to do the work.

• When you book an audit or fill in a form: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you choose to tell us in an open question.
• When you email us: your email address and the contents of your message.
• When you browse the site: basic technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited, if and when website analytics are switched on. The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies today, and this section will be updated before any are added.

How we use it

• To reply to you and schedule your free audit call.
• To prepare a proposal and deliver our services if you decide to work with us.
• To keep records of our work together.
• To understand and improve how the website performs, if analytics are enabled.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business, and they only process your information so that we can provide the service. These include our booking and client management software, and our email provider. Each keeps your information under its own security terms, and only for our use.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it: to respond to your enquiry, to carry out the work, and to meet any record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email us and we will take care of it.

Children

This website and our services are meant for business owners, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows, for example once the booking calendar or analytics are connected. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page.
